ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a skilled Django Developer with 5+ years of experience to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Django and related technologies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop and maintain backend services using Django and Django REST Framework
- Design and implement RESTful APIs
- Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability
- Write clean, reusable, and testable code
- Debug and resolve production issues
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python and Django
- Strong experience with Django REST Framework (DRF)
- Good understanding of REST APIs
- Experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Familiarity with Git
- Understanding of authentication and authorization — JWT, OAuth
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Celery and Redis
- Basic knowledge of Docker
- Experience with Angular or React for frontend integration
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to microservices architecture
